Normalize feeling overwhelmed regularly. Here's what I mean by that: when we live fully engaged, big, juicy, audacious lives, we're gonna be doing things which are intimidating to us. We're gonna feel, 'I don't know if I could do this. This is a lot. It's pushing me out of my comfort zone. I'm not sure what's about to happen. This could all go sideways, right?' We that energy can be great to have in our lives. We want a little bit of, 'Oh, this is too much,' in our lives, of course, balance. But let's normalize, let's invite in, and let's play life to the level which causes us to get a little nauseous on a regular basis. And if you're not feeling nauseous on a regular basis about your life, if you're not feeling a little overwhelmed, like you're pushing the boundaries, that you're not going all the way, you maybe just consider if you can play a little bit harder, maybe you can run a little bit faster, maybe you can rest a little bit deeper, maybe you can be a little bit more engaged in life.

Normalizing the feeling of being overwhelmed has been incredibly helpful in my life. It is completely normal to feel overwhelmed. It does not mean anything is wrong or that I have failed. It does not mean I am not strong enough. Instead, it means I am about to embark on a period of growth, and it allows me to embrace curiosity.
