1️⃣ Where Am I Now
I've maxed out the growth in this current phase of my career. So, I'm going to flip on the rockets and pushing into a higher orbit of people who are vividly alive, solving problems that affect the evolution of humanity, and aren't just focused on maximizing their short-term dopamine hits.
Adventure and Impact: As I exit my 20s and enter my 30s, I'm not focused on making a lot of money. Rather, I'm focused on adventure and making an impact on the process of global awakening with teams that are moving the needle. I see myself moving around the world, working with my small staff as we help 8 clients grow and change in the world while making good money.
Finances: I'm perfectly happy driving my 2013 Toyota Yaris with manual windows and a cracked windshield while wearing thrifted clothes and eating lentils and vegetables from the farmers' market, flying Spirit Airlines with a carry-on backpack. I don't need or even desire luxury goods or experiences. Netting 75K after tax is more than enough.
Meaning: I'm not perfectly happy with my life's efforts helping rich white guys get richer, emotionally manipulating people, and growing businesses that have no or possibly even negative impacts on global suffering. Nor am I happy with the quality of people I’m around, the conversations I’m having and the problems I’m working to solve.
2️⃣ Vision
Become a Business Handyman working with 8 high-impact high-woo businesses to help evolve the world.
Completed using my quick, neurodivergent brain and a small team of gig workers whom I manage.
Resulting in both freedom for me and awakening for others.
Why
My gut told me so and this feels alive and juicy.
1️⃣ Spiritual Calling - I'm a spiritual being living a physical manifestation to evolve myself and others. I do this by following the one next right step as my intuition guides me. My growth is our growth. Your growth is my growth. It's all one big thing. This is my primary mission, and I expect my career, which is just one facet of my life, to be in service to this mission of the evolution of "usness.”
2️⃣ Enabler - In this incarnation, I'm here to enable people with a business muse to build the thing that's asking to be birthed through them. I enable and unlock potential, clear roadblocks, bring clarity, and act as an advocate of the Lila the creative spirit.
3️⃣ Practitioner - I enable people / teams by:
Talk: Clarify the Vision by turning it into a milestone and then building an actionable plan.
Build: Build the project alongside the team, converting words into completed action items.
Manage: Once the machine is built, keep checking on it to ensure it’s oiled and running smoothly.
Outsider: Bring in outside energy and maintain a perspective through distance to pivot the plan as needed.
What
Position myself as a business handyman with an army of gigi works, AI tools and systems who actually builds and doesn't just talk.
Working on projects for high-woo/high-impact businesses, either managing projects and providing deliverables or as a strategist/planner.

3️⃣ Services Menu:
Strategy / Positioning / Planning
⭐️ Brainstorm - I just need someone outside of the team who I can throw ideas off of. They need to think quick, get up to speed instantly, have an outside perspective and not be captured by group think. There needs to be some fresh energy and a place I can vent and not be treated like “the boss”. I want honest, aggressive and fast paced conversation with someone who get’s it where I don’t have to filter and mask. Then I want that conversation turned into some actionable items at the end of it.
What are we missing - We’re doing this thing this way but we think it could be better. Would you look at it and either make it better or give me a checklist on what needs to happen to fix it. Better yet just look at everything we’re doing in the category and give me some action feedback.

4️⃣ End Game
End Game Level 1:
End Game Level 1:
By the time I'm 50, maybe sooner, I will be part of a heavy-hitting consulting firm that is focused on high-impact business, solving real problems for real humans, and politely declining inquiries from high-paying yet low-impact clients. We're a mix of turnaround teams buying out struggling ventures, adding them to our portfolio, and relaunching them. We add jet fuel to ventures that are already thriving but could use some fine-tuning and an internal accelerator to launch ideas internally.
Because we're doing this at scale, our in-house/contracted/optimized tech stack/remote teams can handle the business activities of several assets at the same time. Financial management has some level of centralization, as does legal, marketing, and parts of operations.
End Game Level 2
End Game Level 2:
I keep a spreadsheet of business ideas/models I like to see built when I have the capital and a team to build them. The astute ask why I’m not building them now? As a founder I know how hard it is to launch a business and make it profitable. As a leader I know the vision must compel you at the soul level to power you through the launch and all of the pitfalls. When I run my finger down the list, none of them zap me with enough energetic voltage, and I know this isn’t the time.
When I’ve got the capital to self-fund and not report to short term profit lenders/investors and a team to help me hold space and spin the plates, I’d like to build a private accelerator. As 80% of these business aren’t paradigm shifting startups to disrupt global markets but rather local business built around a community, they are also best served when I’ve found a geographical area I can to call home for a decade.
Retirement and Death
Retirement and Death
I never plan to retire to a villa on the Mediterranean coast to focus on my fictional passion of collecting exotic shellfish and drooling at the pool boys. Rather, I expect I'll move into Level 1 in my 50s, hit Level 2 in my 60s, spend my 70s mentoring, and die with my faculties and dignity fully intact in a ceremony with the people I love near me. After wrapping up my knowledge into some sort of documentation, I'll hand it off to the public domain for whoever is interested.
Legacy
Legacy
No buildings will have my name on them. There are no scholarships, endowments, or trusts with my name baked into the branding. My name won't make it into any history books or business seminars, and nothing I write will be a New York Times best seller. There's a standard Wikipedia page that won't get updates after I die. But 10 million people have a life that is just a little bit better because I was around. I followed my personal calling and helped all of the people who were in my path. The world is left just a little bit better than when I got here, and no one knows that it's me.
5️⃣ Ask
If you know any high-woo or big money business be a bridge builder and connect me. I’ve already got 4 in my pocket but it’s time for more.
